Job Summary
Our client, a company in the Financial Technology space, is seeking a highly experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to support the executive team in their day-to-day operations and provide comprehensive administrative assistance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our fast-paced fintech company.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
The candidate’s responsibilities may include inter alia:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Prepare and coordinate documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials to support executive decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives and other team members, departments, and external parties, ensuring effective collaboration and information flow.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives, providing support in managing their personal schedules and commitments.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of executive operations.
- Anticipate and address the needs of executives proactively, demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff and team members to ensure seamless coordination and support across the organization
Requirements:
- A University degree;(including or similar to the following disciplines):Â Business Administration, Business management
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, such as fintech or technology industry.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications, with advanced skills in calendar management, email correspondence, and document preparation
- Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Previous experience in the fintech industry or a passion for financial technology and innovation is highly desirable.
Location: Living in Lekki Phase 1 and owning a car is preferable.
- Available and able to travel.
