Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage graphics for website updates and social media platforms.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channel
- Monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics to optimize content.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering emails, and managing calendars.
- Maintain organized files and databases, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
- Design and create visually appealing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in formatting and content.
- Collaborate with team members to gather information and data for documents.
- Provide support for various projects by assisting with research, coordination, and documentation.
- Perform other assigned tasks as required.

Requirements:
- BSc. in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field with experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
