Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular stock taking and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Implement effective inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage.
- Manage and maintain social media pages, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Train and supervise operational staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to operations and inventory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of stock management systems and inventory control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Location:Â Agungi, Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 100,000
