Job Summary

As an Office Flow Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the operations of various business units with the overarching mission and vision of the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing updated processes and procedures to ensure the achievement of annual targets, which will be further broken down into quarter

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Understanding Organizational Mission and Vision: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's mission and vision to effectively align operational strategies with overarching goals.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to develop and implement updated processes and procedures across various business units to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Target Setting: Break down annual targets into quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement metrics for monitoring daily tasks and targets for each business unit, ensuring progress towards achieving annual targets.
  • KPI Alignment: Match job-evaluating metrics with KPIs of different staff members to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and promote individual accountability.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams to ensure cohesive efforts towards achieving organizational targets.
  • Gap Analysis: Monitor KPIs to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement, conducting monthly reviews to realign tasks and objectives as needed.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess individual and team performance against set targets and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to support the long-term growth and success of the organization.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of working experience
