Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Run errands
- Maintain office filing and organization systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and issuing invoices.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
