Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers to open accounts and use banking products.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales/marketing targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Work closely with the team to achieve branch goals.
Requirements:
- NCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales/marketing experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
