Property Acquisition & Onboarding Associate

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage landlords, estate agencies, property managers and shortlet operators.
• Introduce prospective partners to Thinplex and clearly explain the platform and its benefits.
• Visit agencies, property businesses and prospective partners within assigned areas.
• Assist property owners and agencies with account creation and property onboarding.
• Guide users through listing requirements, property information and verification.
• Follow up with prospects until their properties are successfully onboarded.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and agency partners.
• Identify agencies and property managers with multiple units or portfolios.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and onboarding progress.
• Provide feedback from property owners and agencies to the Thinplex team.
• Meet agreed weekly and monthly acquisition and onboarding targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an NCE qualification.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, real estate, field marketing or customer acquisition is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident approaching and speaking with prospective customers and business owners.
• Comfortable using smartphones, web applications and other digital tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work towards targets.
• Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple prospects.
• Good knowledge of Lagos and willingness to move around assigned areas.
• Existing relationships within the real estate or shortlet industry would be an advantage
• Applicants with strong communication and sales ability may be considered even without previous real estate experience.
