Job summary
We're hiring field agents in Lagos to bring small businesses onto Fixme and get them actively trading on the platform. This is street-level work: visiting shops, sitting with owners, setting them up, and staying with them until they're using the system on their own. This is not a signup-counting role! You are measured on whether the businesses you bring on are genuinely active.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilties:
- Identify and approach small businesses across your assigned Lagos area
- Onboard them onto Fixme and set up their store and profile
- Upload their full product range with properly edited images
- Train owners on our in-app point-of-sale system, recording sales, issuing receipts, tracking customers
- Train owners on how to generate their online store and how to automate it on their WhatsApp and other social media channels
- Stay in contact after onboarding to keep them trading and resolve issues
- Report your activity and results daily and weekly
Requirements:
- Comfortable approaching strangers and holding a conversation with a shop owner
- Patient enough to teach someone unfamiliar with apps how to use one
- Self-directed: you'll be managing your own day in the field
- A smartphone in good working condition
- Based in Lagos, with good knowledge of at least one commercial area
- Prior field sales, POS agent, or merchant acquisition experience is an advantage but not required
Benefits:
- NGN 20,000 weekly logistics allowance
- Performance is reviewed every two weeks.
- To continue, the businesses you've onboarded need to be trading at least NGN 10,000 per week through Fixme, with NGN 20,000 per week as the target
- Once you're consistently above that, you move onto monthly performance-based earnings
- You'll receive reflective wear, brochures, and printable QR codes for your merchants
