Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education and professional development sector.
- Generate qualified leads through direct prospecting, networking, referrals, events, partnerships, and other business development activities.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective students and institutional partners.
- Research target schools, educational institutions, professional associations, training organisations, and other relevant organisations for potential partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to expand INSLEC's reach and increase student enrolment.
Sales & Student Acquisition:
- Promote OTHM Level 3–5 programmes to prospective students, professionals, graduates, and other eligible learners.
- Engage prospective learners, understand their educational and career goals, and communicate relevant programme opportunities.
- Follow up on leads consistently and move qualified prospects through the enrolment pipeline.
- Convert prospective learners into successful enrolments in line with agreed targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, conversions, and business development activities.
- Identify opportunities for repeat referrals and continued student acquisition across future intakes.
Partnership Development:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, teachers, lecturers, education consultants, career advisers, training organisations, professional associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop strategic partnerships that can generate consistent student referrals and enrolments.
- Engage school owners, administrators, education entrepreneurs, and other decision-makers to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Represent INSLEC at relevant educational, professional, networking, and community events.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities to increase referrals.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as a key point of contact for prospective students and business partners throughout the acquisition and referral process.
- Provide accurate information about OTHM programmes, entry requirements, and the application process.
- Work closely with the admissions/enrolment team to ensure qualified leads are effectively handed over and followed through to enrolment.
- Maintain regular communication with partners and prospects to support conversion and build long-term relationships.
Reporting & Performance Management:
- Track and report on lead generation, pipeline development, conversion, partnerships, and enrolment performance.
- Provide regular feedback on market opportunities, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Work towards agreed business development, lead generation, and student enrolment targets
Requirements:
- OND or equivalent qualification in Business Administration.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, education consultancy, student
- recruitment, customer acquisition, or relationship management is an advantage.
- Marketing, Education, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Experience in business development, sales, education consultancy, student recruitment, admissions, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects.
- Strong networking and business development capabilities.
- Ability to build relationships with schools, institutions, professionals, and other stakeholders.
- A target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify new opportunities.
- Good follow-up, pipeline management, and organisational skills.
- Passion for education, professional development, and helping learners access new opportunities.
