Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused Direct Sales Agent (Abuja) to support the company’s market expansion and customer acquisition efforts across our cross-border financial services ecosystem. In this frontline sales role, you will be instrumental in driving product adoption and building strong customer relationships.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a good understanding of the company’s products and services to ensure clear and detailed presentation of product features and benefits to both existing and prospective customers.
- Actively conduct field visits to target customers, prepare visit reports, and submit them to the Line Manager as required.
- Develop and implement coordinated strategies for cluster market penetration to generate sales leads, promote the company’s products, and achieve set sales targets.
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and other approved sales methods.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas.
- Provide a weekly written report to the Sales Manager via email, detailing sales activities, including the number of units sold.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, presentations, sales activities, and time spent on work-related engagements.
- Promptly communicate any conflicts, concerns, or customer complaints encountered during sales operations to the Line Manager.
- Maintain regular communication with the company via phone calls, SMS, or WhatsApp to discuss sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Refrain from appointing other representatives, soliciting customers independently for personal benefit, or transferring company accounts to third parties during or after the contract period.
- Accurately represent the company and its services, clearly explaining product offerings and demonstrating their benefits to clients.
- Carry out sales activities strictly within the assigned geographical area, targeting clients as directed by the company.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or any business-related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in Direct Sales Marketing, field marketing, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management, preferably within a FinTech, cross-border FinTech, or payment systems environment.
- Knowledge of bank operations, products and regulations.
- Result-oriented with a drive to meet set targets.
- Knowledge and understanding of bank operations, products and regulations, the principles of marketing, brand management, and sales.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion and selling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a result-oriented industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies.

- Proficiency with CRM software and working knowledge of Microsoft
