Job Summary
In this role you will be building excellent working relationships with both staff and clients in the Service Centre and beyond and be the go-to person who designs and delivers an effective operation with couriers and customers.

Job Description/Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
The main responsibilities within the role are:
Greet and attend to customers
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, discounts, terms and conditions etc)
Ensure that the processes and employees are working smoothly and efficiently.
Ensure the applications/ software’s, website, api’s and all technologies smoothly runs.
Assign scheduled delivery to couriers according to schedules and route plans.
Reassign responsibilities based on change in volumes or geography. Maintain logs and records of executed orders
Supervise staff to ensure that safety best practices are being followed while handling deliveries.
Recruit and coordinate logistics staff according to availability and requirements
Answer phone lines promptly and professionally and monitor the emails for the Service Centre.
Arrange relevant collections, transit routes and deliveries and proactively maintain a high level of Customer care across all bookings.
Input event tracking for all bookings and in-transit consignments taken.
Supervises Courier/Driver pick up and drop off activities to ensure proper handling, process compliance and behaviors that represents POINTOUT COURIER business values
Meet KPI targets daily and report any discrepancy to the Managing Director.
Provide Customers with quotes when requested and update the status of their shipments/bookings as and when required.
Ensure the quality of information available to Customers through the web-based booking system is of a high standard and accurate.
Identify sales lead and ensure closure of such opportunities by liaising with the sales team
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of courier operations process to includes shipping and stock management.
Familiar with Social Media Marketing (LikedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
Email management and distribution
Must have a relevant BSc degree with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CorelDraw
Previous experience in marketing and customer service is a plus
Candidate-: Young experienced female (Preferred) , residing in Agege, Iyana Ipaja and Egeda environs of Lagos -state.
