Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming phone calls on the official lines of the company.
- Help and assist customers and prospects with complaints and questions via calls, emails, and social media.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSC in any field.
- Minimum of 1 Year of Experience.
