Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answering all incoming phone calls on the official lines of the company.
  • Help and assist customers and prospects with complaints and questions via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND/BSC in any field.
  • Minimum of  1 Year of Experience.
