Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
User Support and Issue Resolution:
- Respond to user inquiries and technical issues related to core asset management applications, including troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance and assistance to users in navigating and utilizing financial software tools effectively.
System Maintenance and Up keep:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of core asset management applications and related software systems.
- Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Data Management and Security:
- Support data management activities, including data entry, validation, and reconciliation within asset management systems.
- Adhere to security protocols and procedures to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Documentation and Training:
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for core asset management applications, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips.
- Assist in conducting training sessions for users to familiarize them with software functionality and best practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with IT team members and vendors to address technical issues, implement system enhancements, and coordinate software updates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on project status, and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of financial services concepts and terminology, with an interest in asset management.
- Knowledge of core asset management applications commonly used in financial services, such as portfolio management systems or trading platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with users at all levels of the organization.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000
