Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Promote the company’s financial products and services to both new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide timely reports and updates on business activities and performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years proven experience in a financial institution (microfinance, commercial bank, finance house, or related sector).
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.
- Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
- Must be available to resume immediately.
