A growing and reputable financial services institution is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our Abuja team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a financial institution and be ready to resume immediately.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Promote the company’s financial products and services to both new and existing clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Provide timely reports and updates on business activities and performance.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2–3 years proven experience in a financial institution (microfinance, commercial bank, finance house, or related sector).
A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.
Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
Must be available to resume immediately.
