Business Development Executive
Job summary
We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and PWAN business owners' membership development across your location and beyond through property sales and robust training and development.

Responsibilities:
- Market and sell the company's products and services in your location.
- Design, develop, and implement a business plan/strategy.
- Develop and maintain sales/marketing plans and ensure achievement of the company's sales and target profitability.
- Research organizations and individuals to identify new client leads and prospective PBOs.
- Recruitment of new PBOs and development of new and existing PWAN BUSINESS OWNERS members.
- Promote sales through sales promotions.
- Create effective and efficient awareness of the company's products on social media and drive both sales and PBO development.
- Plan, develop, and provide all training, seminars, and webinars, including the PBO program, in your location
- Ensure marketing tools (ID cards, business cards, and flyers) are made available.
- Maintain existing client relationships, contacting prospective clients and PBOs to set up meetings.
Requirements:
- A degree from a reputable institution.
- 0-1 year experience.
