Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development and marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Develop and implement effective digital and traditional marketing strategies
- Generate leads through online platforms, field marketing, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, online campaigns)
- Experience in traditional marketing (field marketing, print, direct sales, events) \
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proximity to Omole Phase 1, Ojodu, Ikeja, is an added advantage
Renumeration: NGN 150,000 (Monthly Net)
