<p>The purpose of this recruitment is to strengthen our sales team and enhance our market reach in the healthcare sector. We are targeting candidates with a medical science-related academic background (e.g., Medical Science, Biomedical Engineering) and a minimum of 4 years of experience in hemodialysis product sales. The ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, technical expertise in dialysis treatments, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets</p>

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop potential customers and to enhance Sancare brand recognition in your area of work
  • Be familiar with the customer information in your market and manage the customers at different levels; Report weekly to the sales manager.
  • Take charge of the follow-up and cultivation of the existing customers, if any, and follow the order process
  • Take charge of making trip schedules, implementing, and tracking results from work
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the client
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support when needed
  • Promote and sell hemodialysis products to hospitals, clinics, and dialysis centers.
  • Build relationships with nephrologists, nurses, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to market expansion.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in  Bio-medical, medical Science, Biomedical engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in IVD product /Hemodialysis or related medical diagnostics 
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • To be able to travel frequently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with strong resistance to pressure.
