Job summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Representative to drive business growth. The candidate should have a proven track record in automobile sales, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, data-driven, and knowledgeable about the automobile industry.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve dealership targets and goals, monthly and weekly.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet dealership targets, analysing data to inform decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, using this knowledge to inform your sales strategies.
  • Industrial and governmental sales experience is a plus.
  • Coach and develop sales team members, providing guidance and support to help achieve sales targets.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automobile sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and sales tactics.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or leadership are an advantage.
