Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Sales Representative based in Abeokuta. The Associate Sales Representative responsibilities include generating and following up on sales leads, presenting and selling the company’s products and services to prospective clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, processing orders and ensuring timely delivery, meeting assigned revenue targets, and providing regular sales and market feedback to management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers for fresh produce supply
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Support order processing and follow-up on deliveries
  • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare periodic sales reports
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth fulfillment


Qualifications

  • Proven ability in sales, client relationship management, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify trends and target customer needs.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in the agricultural sector or knowledge of fresh produce and food value chains is an added advantage.
  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to work with sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
