Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation (both digital and physical).
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and logistics for staff and visitors.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Assist with procurement processes, vendor management, and expense reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
