This includes cleaning dining areas, lounges, restrooms, offices, floors, windows, furniture, and other designated spaces to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

The Cashier is responsible for receiving and processing customer payments, managing cash and electronic transactions, issuing receipts, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring proper accountability for all financial transactions within the restaurant and lounge.

The Counter Sales Attendant is responsible for attending to customers at the restaurant counter, receiving and processing food and beverage orders, handling payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring excellent customer service. The individual must ensure accurate order processing, proper sales recording, and a clean, organised counter area.

The Storeman is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing and monitoring food ingredients, beverages, consumables, cleaning materials and other operational supplies used in the restaurant and lounge. The role ensures proper inventory management, accurate stock records, prevention of wastage and timely availability of supplies.

The Mixologist is responsible for preparing, mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails and other specialty drinks in the restaurant and lounge. The role requires creativity, excellent beverage knowledge, presentation skills and outstanding customer service to deliver a memorable drinking experience for guests.

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking food and drink orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring customers have a pleasant dining and lounge experience.

The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for supporting the chefs and cooks in the daily preparation of food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, organising ingredients, washing kitchen utensils, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. The individual will assist with basic food preparation, ingredient handling, cleaning, and other kitchen duties.

The Professional Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's approved menu, recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards. The individual must have practical cooking experience, good knowledge of food preparation techniques, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant and lounge environment.

The Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals in accordance with the restaurant's menu, recipes, quality standards, and food safety requirements. The chef will ensure that meals are prepared according to customer orders, ingredients are properly utilised, food quality is maintained.

The Recorder/Production Audit Officer is responsible for monitoring, documenting, and verifying all food and beverage production activities within the restaurant and lounge.
