Job descriptions & requirements
- Cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, showers, toilets, and countertops.
- Changing bed linens, washing soiled linen, and making beds.
- Restocking guest supplies (shampoo, soap, towels) and minibar items.
- Cleaning hallways, lobbies, and common areas.
- Responding to guest requests, providing turndown services, and handling "lost and found" items.
- Maintaining, cleaning, and stocking the housekeeping cart and pantry.
- Reporting maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards to management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- A minimum of an OND in a related field.
