Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture, floors, and fixtures
- Change linens, make beds, and manage laundry services including washing, drying, and ironing
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens
- Organize storage areas and maintain inventory of cleaning materials
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal tasks (e.g., carpet shampooing, window washing)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle special cleaning requests from management or guests
- Support event preparation by tidying spaces and arranging furniture as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of residents and guests
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
