Assistant HR Officer
Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and personnel files
- Support payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of attendance and leave records
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist in drafting HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback collection
- Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other senior HR staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in HR or administrative support preferred
