Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Identify and resolve building issues (e.g., leaks, electrical problems).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address safety hazards.
- Perform minor repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of building facilities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Facilities Maintenance Worker, or in a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC principles.
- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
