We are looking to hire a Project Manager in Uyo, Akwa Ibom to lead civil works on a proposed product refining plant RC foundations for heavy/dynamic machinery. Requires 12–15 yrs' experience (5 as PM), COREN registration, PMP/PRINCE2 preferred. Owns the programme, budget, safety and client liaison.

Minimum of 12–15 years’ progressive experience in building/civil construction
with at least 5 years at Project Manager level
Demonstrable
relevant experience in INDUSTRIAL PLANT construction and specifically in HEAVY-MACHINERY / DYNAMIC EQUIPMENT FOUNDATIONS (e.g.
process plants
factories
mills
power/gen-set blocks
crushers
tank farms)
Track record of personally delivering at least two projects of comparable magnitude (₦300 million and above) or complexity
from mobilization to handover
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all site construction activities, interfaces, and quality compliance to ensure a safe, efficient and specification-compliant project.
- Take overall accountability for the delivery of the project's safety, quality, time and cost.
- Own, develop and maintain the master programme; drive progress and short-interval planning to keep the works on track.
- Act as the primary point of client liaison reporting, valuations, meetings, correspondence and stakeholder management.
- Plan, sequence and supervise reinforced-concrete foundation works, including pad footings, tie beams, rafts, heavy-machinery/dynamic (inertia) blocks, tank ring walls and liquid-retaining structures.
- Report project status, risks and forecasts to management and the client, and lead corrective action where required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND
- A minimum of 7+ years' experience in a similar field
