Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Daily routine checks of all common areas' HVAC ( Heat. Ventilation and air & Cooling ) related works.
- Maintain service records of all ACs & refrigerators
- Carry out monthly inventory of all R&A materials in store.
- Repair of any R&A-related faults
- Other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of Secondary School Certificate
- A minimum of 2 years of experience or professional experience in a related field
- Proof of Trade Test Certificate
- Must be able to speak English and write well
- Must be able to prepare a report at the appropriate period
Remuneration: NGN 164,000 - 220,000 Monthly Net
