We are in need of a goal and result driven Credit Officer

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our company operates in full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance requirements and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

The Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of the bank’s financial and non financial product lines from conceptualization to commissioning. This includes coordination of activities across various departments, and extends from deepening the profitability and penetration of existing products, to developing new products for the company.

You will analyze all credit proposals in order to carry out risk identification, risk measurement and risk mitigation with a view to creating performing assets and assuring profitable lending for the Bank. Additionally, you will assist in the provision of legal services with respect to loan recovery in the Bank.

The successful candidate will be required to sell assigned products and achieve assigned targets. He/she will be tasked to attain set daily, weekly and monthly sales, service and productivity goals as well as ensure optimum delivery of all personal targets and tasks as assigned by direct supervisor or management.
