Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8–12 years' experience in asset management, investment banking, corporate banking, wealth management, institutional sales, capital markets or a related financial services environment.
- At least 4–5 years in a senior institutional sales, relationship management, business development or commercial leadership role.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing institutional and corporate clients.
- Demonstrable experience in growing AUM and generating revenue through institutional and corporate relationships.
- Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, fixed income and capital markets.
- Experience working within a regulated financial services environment is essential.
- Knowledge of SEC regulations and the Nigerian capital markets will be an advantage.
