Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- A Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field is an advantage.
- Professional qualification such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA or equivalent is desirable.
- Minimum of 8–12 years' experience in asset management, wealth management, private banking, investment banking, corporate banking, institutional sales or a related financial services environment.
- At least 4–5 years of experience in senior relationship management, business development or regional sales roles.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing HNI, UHNI, corporate or institutional clients.
- Demonstrable experience in growing AUM, investment mandates and revenue.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial and economic landscape of the South-South region.
