Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA or equivalent are highly desirable.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial advisory, private equity, asset management, transaction advisory or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in financial modelling, valuation and financial analysis.
- Experience supporting corporate finance or investment transactions from origination through execution.
- Experience preparing pitch books, information memoranda, investment papers and client presentations.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
- Financial statement analysis.
