Faith@Blez Finance Ltd is seeking smart, energetic and target-driven Marketing Officers to join our team in the Trade Fair/Ojo axis. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting our financial products and services, generating new customers, building customer relationships and meeting assigned business targets through field marketing.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s financial products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Identify and engage potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct daily field marketing and customer follow-ups.
- Meet assigned customer acquisition and marketing targets.
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities, leads and conversions.
Requirements:
- OND, HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Practical experience in marketing and sales.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Confidence in approaching, engaging, and convincing prospective customers.
- Hardworking, proactive, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable with field marketing and daily customer engagement.
- Good knowledge of Trade Fair Market and the surrounding areas.
- Familiarity with business activities and customer movement within the Trade Fair/Ojo axis is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available for immediate resumption in October 2026.
