Responsibilities:

  • Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and engaging presentation.
  • Create and edit videos using tools such as CapCut, InShot, and similar software to produce high-quality content.
  • Design graphics and layouts using Canva in line with brand guidelines.
  • Utilize Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, data handling, and team collaboration.
  • Draft, edit, and manage professional email correspondence with clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct thorough product research and present findings in structured reports.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules to ensure efficient time management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintain and update databases and internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Organize and coordinate virtual meetings, including setting up conference calls and webinars.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
  • Proven experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in professional email writing.
  • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to conduct detailed product and market research.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
