Vendor Onboarding & Success Associate
Job summary
We are hiring a Vendor Onboarding & Success Associate responsible for ensuring all vendors are properly onboarded, verified, and set up for success on the platform. This role focuses on quality control, vendor support, and maintaining high platform standards.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Review and process new vendor signups
- Verify vendor details (RC, NIN, business information)
- Ensure vendor profiles are complete, accurate, and high quality
- Guide vendors through account setup and listing optimisation
- Provide basic training on how to use the platform
- Monitor vendor activity and follow up on incomplete profiles
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation
- Identify onboarding issues and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years experience in operations, onboarding, customer success, or admin roles
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Comfortable working with structured systems and documentation
- Familiarity with tech platforms or marketplaces is an advantage
