Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining files
- Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Managing employee records, including personnel files and payroll information
- Providing support to employees regarding HR-related issues, such as benefits, policies, and procedures
- Assisting with the planning and execution of company events and activities
- Preparing reports and presentations as required
- Coordinating with other departments and teams to ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently
- Providing general office management and maintenance support as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR/Admin role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
- HR-related degree or Higher diploma is a must
