Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with business process expertise. The candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications, integrating third-party systems, and collaborating with stakeholders. The job requires strong communication- and problem-solving abilities, along with comprehensive understanding of IT and business. You will be in constant dialog with group management, project execution, sales, marketing, finance, IT support and other support functions in Europe. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Nigeria, and be a part of the core team – building up the organization in Nigeria from scratch

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Company Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Design and implement solutions utilizing Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and utilizing Salesforce APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and proactively address any challenges to ensure project success.
- Analyze complex business requirements and recommend Salesforce solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
- Lead Salesforce projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Strong professional experience in Salesforce Development (At least 4 Years)
- High-level understanding of business processes and IT systems, with the ability to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives and processes.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce's platform is required, including Apex, Lightning, triggers, SOQL.
- Extensive experience building custom solutions, workflows, integrations, and web services using Salesforce APIs and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and management.
- Strong analytical abilities and a collaborative attitude are essential.
- Salesforce Developer Certification is required.
