Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Executives, Territory Managers, or Account Managers.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular performance feedback, guidance, and training.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to optimise customer experience and support sales campaigns
- Recruitment and training of new Financial Analysts/Marketers
- Mentorship and Retaining of new and existing Marketers
- Market creation through the opening of new channels, market storms and Referrals
- Driving the team budget, keeping an eye on set Targets
- Following up on customer-related issues and driving new business referrals.
- Supporting theĀ Management in terms of Reports, Feedback, etc.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Minimum of a B.Sc
Location: Port Harcourt
Remuneration: NGN 125,000
