Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Executives, Territory Managers, or Account Managers.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular performance feedback, guidance, and training.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to optimise customer experience and support sales campaigns
  • Recruitment and training of new Financial Analysts/Marketers
  • Mentorship and Retaining of new and existing Marketers
  • Market creation through the opening of new channels, market storms and Referrals
  • Driving the team budget, keeping an eye on set Targets
  • Following up on customer-related issues and driving new business referrals.
  • Supporting theĀ  Management in terms of Reports, Feedback, etc.


Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience
  • Minimum of a B.Sc


Location: Port Harcourt

Remuneration: NGN 125,000
