Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a young, creative, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to shape the design and usability of our mobile and web applications. As a UI/UX Designer at Kenkeputa, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless, engaging, and user-friendly experiences tailored to the global market.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop user interface designs, wireframes, storyboards, and mockups for web and mobile applications
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather feedback
  • Perform usability testing and A/B testing to refine design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into design improvements
  • Maintain and evolve a consistent design language across all products
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least a Second Class Upper (2:1)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems and style guides.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices (e.g., WCAG).
  • Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Maze, UserTesting).
  • Experience designing for diverse platforms, including Android, iOS, and web.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering pixel-perfect designs.
  • Proactive, with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and case studies
  • Age: 24 or younger
