  • Researching global trends in experiential design, brand activation, event production, and digital visual culture bringing relevant references into the creative process at Tantacom

  • Collaboration with AV and technical production teams  ensuring motion content is formatted, exported, and delivered correctly for the specific display systems being used at each event

3D Animation & 3D Design:

  • 3D venue and environment visualisations producing photorealistic or stylised renders of event spaces, stage designs, activation setups, and experiential installations before physical production begins
  • 3D product and brand visualisation  creating detailed 3D representations of branded structures, custom fabrications, and physical installations for client presentations and production briefing

  • Communicating design intent clearly to the production and technical team  providing references, dimensions, material notes, and spatial logic that support accurate build execution
  • You do not need to be a production specialist. But you need to have enough practical event experience to design things that can actually be built and to understand when a concept needs to be refined for real- world feasibility.

  • Participate in design review sessions with the Creative Lead receiving feedback constructively, iterating efficiently, and delivering revisions without a drop in quality
  • Support the Creative Lead in preparing client presentations  contributing designed slides, visual assets, and concept visuals that are presentation-ready without requiring significant rework

  • Those who have never worked in or around physical event environments venue intelligence cannot be taught entirely in a studio; some direct exposure is required
  • Candidates who cannot demonstrate 3D design or animation capability through a current portfolio  claiming to have the skill without evidence is not sufficient
  • Designers who require heavy direction and supervision on every brief  this is a mid-level role and a degree of independent creative judgement is expected from day one

A Note On This Role :

  • Great events are remembered because of how they feel and how they feel is determined, in large part, by how they look.
  • The creative & design executive is one of the people responsible for making sure that every Tantacom project is visually distinctive, spatially compelling, and executed to a standard that holds up at scale.
  • In the Nigerian and African event market, the gap between adequate design and genuinely exceptional design is wide.
  • Clients who have seen what world-class experiential design looks like are raising their expectations.
  • This is the role for someone who wants to close that gap and has the skills, the ideas, and the work ethic to do it.
