The Social Media Manager will develop and manage Arabella Women’s Health & Wellness’ social media presence by creating engaging content, growing the brand’s online community, generating leads, and supporting business growth across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a monthly social media strategy aligned with Arabella’s business and marketing objectives.
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar across all social media platforms.
- Identify relevant trends, topics, campaigns, and opportunities that can increase brand visibility.
- Ensure all content reflects Arabella’s premium, professional, warm, and trustworthy brand identity.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and coordinate reels, videos, graphics, carousels, stories, educational content, client focused content, and promotional campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, calls to action, and promotional copy.
- Coordinate photography and video content with the relevant internal teams.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats to maximize its value and reach.
- Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, graphics, and other digital assets.
Brand Promotion:
- Promote Arabella’s key services, including women’s health, wellness programs, fitness, healthy nutrition, corporate wellness, events, and other offerings.
- Communicate Arabella’s unique value proposition and differentiate the brand from competitors.
- Highlight doctors, specialists, trainers, staff, facilities, programs, events, and client experiences where appropriate.
- Develop campaigns that increase awareness, enquiries, bookings, and service uptake.
Community Management:
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, enquiries, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- Convert social media enquiries into qualified leads and ensure relevant enquiries are properly followed up.
- Monitor client feedback and escalate complaints or sensitive healthcare related matters to management when necessary.
- Build an active and engaged online community around the Arabella brand.
Lead Generation and Sales Support:
- Develop social media campaigns specifically designed to generate leads and drive bookings.
- Track enquiries generated through social media and monitor their conversion into consultations, memberships, appointments, or purchases.
- Work with the operations and sales teams to improve the conversion of social media leads.
- Identify which content and campaigns generate the highest level of enquiries and revenue.
Campaign and Event Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for Arabella’s health, wellness, fitness, café, and events initiatives.
- Promote special offers, health campaigns, workshops, screenings, memberships, challenges, and events.
- Create pre-event, live event, and post-event content.
- Ensure major campaigns have clear objectives, timelines, content plans, and measurable outcomes.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media performance and provide monthly performance reports.
- Track key metrics including: Reach and impressions, Engagement rate, Follower growth, Content performance, Leads generated, Enquiries, Website or booking traffic, Conversion to sales or bookings
- Identify underperforming content and recommend improvements.
- Use data and audience insights to continuously improve the social media strategy.
Paid Advertising:
- Coordinate and manage approved social media advertising campaigns.
- Develop appropriate audiences and campaign objectives in collaboration with management.
- Monitor advertising performance and recommend adjustments to improve return on investment.
- Ensure advertising budgets are used effectively and results are properly documented.
Collaboration and Brand Compliance:
- Work closely with management and relevant department heads to ensure accurate representation of Arabella’s services.
- Obtain appropriate approvals for sensitive healthcare, medical, promotional, and client-related content before publication.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect client privacy when creating content.
- Ensure all published content complies with professional, ethical, and healthcare communication standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Ability to create engaging short form video content.
- Strong photography and basic video editing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and social media scheduling tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong understanding of brand positioning.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
