Arts & Craft Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate arts and crafts sessions for children, adults, families, schools, and corporate groups.
• Prepare lesson plans, activity materials, and workstations before each session.
• Create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
• Demonstrate art techniques and provide guidance based on participants’ skill levels.
• Welcome customers, explain activities, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked studio.
• Assist with birthday parties, holiday camps, workshops, corporate events, and other creative activations.
• Monitor and manage art supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Uphold the Cool Kids Kreate brand by delivering a professional and memorable customer experience.
• Plan and facilitate creative workshops while ensuring participants have an exceptional experience.
  

Requirements:

• Passion for arts, creativity, and teaching.
• Enjoy working with both children and adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience facilitating art or creative workshops is an advantage.
• Creative, patient, energetic, reliable, and well-organised.
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and during special events.
• Applicants living in Gwarinpa, Jabi, Kubwa, Life Camp, or nearby areas will have an added advantage.
