Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying customers through proactive sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels to maximise conversions.
- Present and sell luxury vehicles to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable vehicle options within the luxury segment.
- Negotiate pricing and close high-value sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, keeping accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals.
- Utilise AI tools and digital platforms to improve prospecting, customer engagement, and sales efficiency.
- Stay informed about the luxury automobile market, including vehicle specifications, pricing, competitors, and industry trends.
- Deliver a professional and premium customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Collaborate with the team to execute sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on performance and pipeline activities.
- Uphold the company's brand image through professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience in car sales or luxury sales
- Experience closing deals via social media (DMs/WhatsApp)
- Existing network of potential buyers
- Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue (sales experience is a strong advantage)
- Must be AI-savvy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (must be confident speaking with high-value clients)
- Must be result-driven and money-motivated
- Ability to follow up aggressively and convert leads into paying customers
- Comfortable handling clients in the ₦20M – ₦150M+ car range
- Must understand urgency, persuasion, and sales psychology
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly sales targets
- Basic knowledge of cars (Mercedes, Lexus, Range Rover) is an advantage
- Must be active on WhatsApp and Instagram and able to manage customer conversations daily
- Smart, presentable, and professional
Non-negotiable:
- Must be based in Lagos
- Must be available full-time
- Must be serious about making money (no side distractions)
- Must be accountable for performance
