Filmmaker

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee video projects from initial concept and scriptwriting through to production and final delivery.
• Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate the brand's core values, mission, and aesthetic standard.
• Lead the creative direction on set, managing actors, presenters, and production crew members where applicable.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-level concepts, detailed treatments, storyboards, and scripts.
• Supervise and execute high-end cinematography, lighting setups, and advanced editing workflows to ensure a premium, cinematic finish.
• Manage multiple production timelines simultaneously, strictly adhering to deadlines and budget allocations.
• Maintain quality control across all video assets, ensuring a unified and peerless brand voice.

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in Film Production, Directing, Media, or a related creative field.
• Proven years of experience as a Director, Filmmaker, or Creative Producer with a strong portfolio of narrative work.
• Mastery of visual storytelling, dramatic structure, and advanced film composition.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide production teams and talent on set.
• Proficiency in industry-standard pre-production tools, camera systems, and advanced post-production workflows.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work full-time on-site.
