UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviours, needs, and pain points.
• Conceptualise and execute comprehensive branding designs and product concepts, defining the visual identity and creative direction for new and existing products.
• Translate user research findings, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive and elegant user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.), ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Develop and maintain design system components and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating as needed.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in UX/UI design.
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the design team.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience
• Degree in a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with Framer for web design.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML) and CSS
• Communication, Collaboration and Presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
• Creative/graphic design background
