Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Create original content, including videos, images, written posts, and short-form media for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, and websites
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand voice, goals, and audience trends
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish content independently or in collaboration with the marketing team
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy optimised for engagement and SEO
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Analyse content performance and adjust strategy based on insights and analytics
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all content
• Manage content calendars and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, or similar role
• Strong creative and storytelling skills
• Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with video editing and short-form content
• On-camera confidence and presentation skills
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and content optimisation
• Background in marketing, communications, or media
