This role is focused on creating viral, highly engaging short-form video content that drives growth, visibility, and audience connection. This is not just a filming role — we are looking for someone with strong content creation, storytelling, and viral engagement skills.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create 8–12 highly polished video contents daily
- Shoot professional videos using a smartphone (excellent framing, lighting, and sound)
- Edit content to a high professional standard (cuts, transitions, effects, captions, subtitles)
- Develop viral video ideas designed for engagement, shares, and reach
- Apply storytelling techniques to promote music, lifestyle, and brand image
- Create and optimise content for: Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and YouTube
- Stay up to date with trends, sounds, and platform algorithms
- Maintain a consistent content style and brand identity
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, daily content environment
Requirements:
- Must be a professional videographer/content creator
- Proven experience creating viral or high-engagement social media videos
- Strong skills in content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement
- Excellent editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Must own a high-quality smartphone suitable for professional video recording
- Ready to work daily and consistently
- Creative, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Based in Lekki or nearby areas (strongly preferred)
- Portfolio or solid work evidence is compulsory (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
