We are looking for an experienced Travel Manager / Team Lead to oversee our Europe, UK, and Canada operations. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in the travel industry who can lead teams of travel counselors and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Job Description/Requirements
- Engage clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and purpose of travel.
- Provide expert guidance on destinations, routes, travel packages, and visa requirements.
- Provide accurate information on visa application procedures and requirements.
- Assist clients in gathering, completing, and submitting supporting documents.
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service.
- Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-travel support.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
- Uphold the organization’s standards, ethics, and customer service principles
- B.Sc. or HND in relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in the travel industry (Not as a ticketing officer)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve set goals
- Proven experience as a travel manager
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
