Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in alignment with the school’s academic standards and character education model.
  
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
  
• Assess and monitor student progress using diverse formative and summative methods.
  
• Integrate 21st-century teaching tools and digital learning strategies to enhance instruction.
  
• Model and instill core values such as integrity, responsibility, confidence, and compassion.
  
• Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with colleagues to support student growth.
  
• Participate actively in school-wide programs, retreats, and staff development sessions.
  
• Uphold the vision and ethos of Divine Offspring as a school committed to raising well-rounded, purpose-driven children.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (B.Ed preferred)
  
• TRCN certification (or willingness to obtain it)
  
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a structured school environment
  
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
  
• Passion for character education and a learner-centered approach
