Job Description/Requirements
- Identify and develop new sales leads through research, cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries
- Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to match client challenges with the right solutions
- Deliver engaging demos and presentations to key decision-makers
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
- Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools, keeping track of deals, activities, and performance metrics
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Support) to ensure client success
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, driving renewals and upsells
- Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings
- Represent the company at trade shows, education expos, and virtual events
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tech sales, preferably within a SaaS or EdTech environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to simplify complex technology for non-technical buyers
- Results-oriented with a proactive, hunter mindset
- Experience working with educational institutions, HR teams, or recruitment firms is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
