Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive will drive market penetration of our EV tricycles and battery-swapping services. This role involves identifying new customers, managing relationships with transport unions, fleet owners, cooperatives, logistics operators, and individual drivers, and converting leads into long-term revenue. The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, and passionate about clean mobility.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and convert leads for EV tricycles and battery-swapping subscriptions.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets for vehicle units and swap-station subscriptions.
- Conduct field visits to garages, parks, transport hubs, markets, and fleet clusters to engage potential users.
- Present product features, financing options, and total cost of ownership (TCO) benefits to customers.
- Manage relationships with driver unions, cooperatives, ride-hailing partners, and last-mile companies.
- Organize demos, test rides, and in-field product activation campaigns.
- Educate customers on battery-swapping processes, safety, and operational benefits.
- Work with internal teams (operations, after-sales, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and customer pain points.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies, promotions, and localised campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2–5 years of sales experience in EVs, automotive, mobility, logistics, fintech asset financing, or similar industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Confidence and resilience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.
- Team player with strong integrity and professionalism.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Field sales experience and comfort with direct engagement in driver communities.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts (e.g., battery swapping, charging, TCO savings) in simple terms.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting.
- A strong network within transport hubs, cooperatives, or logistics companies is an added advantage.
- Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
